Your game backs up automatically to your own iCloud. To carry your game progress to a new device:
- On the old device, make sure iCloud Drive is on (Settings → your name → iCloud) and open the game once so it can finish backing up.
- On the new device, sign in to the same Apple Account.
- Install the game and launch it. When your iCloud backup is found, choose Restore iCloud Game on the first-launch prompt.
Restore iCloud Game is the recommended choice for a new device. Keep This Device starts with the new local game and replaces the cloud backup, so choose it only when you intentionally want to start over. Backup uses Apple's iCloud and is tied to your Apple Account. We never see it.
Restore your purchases
Reinstalled the game, or moved to a new device? Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore Purchases. This re-grants one-time purchases like your game's supporter pack (Wolf Pack or Wild Cat Pack), the Quick Compete planner, and the Genome Loom DNA Lab tool at no extra charge. (Consumable coin packs are spent in-game and are not restored — that's how Apple handles consumables.)
Purchases & refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details. To view a purchase or request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use Settings → your name → Media & Purchases on your device. Refunds are granted by Apple, not by us.
Purchases are optional and their contents are shown before you buy. Coin packs shorten earning time; Quick Compete saves taps without improving results; the Wolf Pack adds a disclosed breedable wolfdog line, while the Wild Cat Pack adds five protected rare cats and exotic-coat access; both supporter packs include a one-time purchaser coin bonus. Genome Loom builds hybrids only from DNA you have already saved, with one purchaser-only included use. Family Sharing includes permanent pets and tools, not duplicate coin/use bonuses. There are no ads, loot boxes, or randomized paid rewards.
My game didn't save
The game autosaves as you play. If a Progress Not Saved warning appears, keep the app open and tap Retry Save before closing it. Otherwise, if something looks wrong, fully close the app and reopen it. Note that deleting the app removes its local data. If a valid iCloud backup exists, reinstalling under the same Apple Account offers Restore iCloud Game on first launch. Choose that option to recover the backup instead of replacing it with a new game.
Reminders & notifications
Reminder notifications are optional. You can turn them on or off any time inside the game's Settings, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → the game. The game works perfectly with notifications off.
